Daniel
Melter
Daniel Melter is the Managing Partner
of the M-Squad. He is an expert in the marketing and conception
of mobile services and portals. Earlier at Detecon he was co-author
of the study "Winning in Mobile eMarkets" and presenting
it around the world. He enjoys being part of the global mobile grass-root movement MobileMonday - he
co-founded MobileMonday
Germany and was chairman of the board and treasurer from 2006 to 2013.
In the mobile arena, he has undertaken projects in the Automotive,
Media Publishing and Entertainment, Insurance and Telco industry.
He has worked with many mobile start-ups.

Lars Thomsen
Lars Thomsen works with the M-Squad on
product development and innovation projects in the mobile &
telecoms industries.
His company future matters is specialised
on future oriented consulting. By constantly scanning and analysing
social, economic, politic and technological trends he aims at
delivering a clear view on changing consumer needs. He focuses
on increasing the sensitivity towards market changes and the
evolution of trends. Thus, future developments may be anticipated
and corporate strategies may be adapt accordingly. |

Prof.
Dr. Ralph Sonntag
Ralph Sonntag consults on business strategy
and marketing for mobile services, with a particular focus on
IT, Media Publishing and Entertainment. He is a co-founder of
several companies within the media and financial services area,
and was responsible for setting up the businesses and shaping
their development.
He is a professor at several universities
where he lectures on business informatics, IT and marketing.
He is a member of the Programme Committee of the Business Informatics
International Congress in 2005: Media - Markets - Mobility.
Furthermore he is in the management group of German Association
of Digital Economy (BVDW).
In the past Ralph Sonntag worked for several
consultancies where he developed strategies for both e-business
and m-business projects. These projects covered a wide range
of industries, including IT, media publishing and entertainment
and financial services. He holds a degree in Business Administration
and a Doctorate in Business Informatics from the University
of Dresden, as well as several patents in the wireless technology
area. |

Justin
Brodie-Smith
Justin Brodie-Smith is a Member of the
Advisory Board of the M-Squad. He was CEO of the M-Squad from
2001 to 2004. Previously, he was Head of the Mobile eMarkets
Initiative at Diebold, the consulting arm of T-Systems. There
he was responsible for mobile consulting for Automotive, Business
Solutions, Financial Services, Media Publishing and Entertainment,
Mobile Operators and Travel and Tourism. He was lead author
of the study "Winning in Mobile eMarkets", an acclaimed
study focused at Business to Consumer Mobile eCommerce published
in February 2000.
Justin has 15 years experience in consulting
with Gemini Consulting and Diebold including work in strategy,
technology, organisation and processes. He has experience in
a wide variety of industries including telecoms and financial
services, and has advised a number of mobile start-ups. He holds
a BA from the University of Oxford in Politics, Philosophy and
Economics, and an MBA from INSEAD. |

Berit
Baues
Berit Baues consults on business strategy
and marketing for Internet and mobile services. Previously,
she was co-founder of an Internet Start-up shaping the initial
business plan, strategy and development of the business. In
her role as Head of Marketing, she was responsible for partner
acquisition and management as well as the firm's PR activities,
involving both television and press. Before that she was a Senior
Consultant at Diebold working on strategy, marketing and organisation
for e- and m-business projects. Her projects covered a wide
range of industries, including Media, Publishing and Entertainment,
IT and Telecommunications, Consumer Goods and Automotive.
She holds a German-British double degree
in European Business Administration from the International School
of Business in Reutlingen and London, as well as a diploma in
Modern Social Sciences from the University of Montpellier, France. |

Thomas
Teichler
Dr. Thomas Teichler is a member of the Advisory Board the M-Squad. He consults on business strategy, business planning and marketing.
Currently, Thomas is employed as a Project Manager at the Manchester Institute for Innovation Research at the Manchester Business School. He has a PhD from the European University Institute in Florence on the EU's foreign and security policy focused on innovation and industrial policy in the defence sector. Thomas has seven years of consulting and market research experience. He worked as a consultant primarily on financial service innovation and telematics in the automotive industry. Before, he was a consultant with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in the competence centre Strategy and Organisation for two years. He holds a degree in Business Administration of the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel and an M.A. in Philosophy from the Munich School of Philosophy. |
